First and foremost, WE ARE OPEN! Our commercial cultivators, farmers, and home growers supplying their families and communities with food and medicine ARE ALL essential. As we navigate this difficult time together, we are committed to continuing to provide you with the necessary products to keep your plants growing.
We are doing our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. We have had an overwhelming demand in stores and online, and we thank you for that! We are working with our distributors to stay stocked up, but please bear with us as some items have been sold out nationwide. We ask for your understanding and patience as we diligently process the orders, and get them shipped to you (or ready for you in-store) as soon as possible. If you are placing an order for pickup, PLEASE WAIT for a call from our staff before coming to the store to pickup your order!
Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are taking necessary steps to follow guidelines provided by the state of Ohio. We ARE focused on the safety of our customers, and the safety of our employees and their families. All Indoor Gardens locations will be taking additional safety measures. This will include limiting the number of customers in the store at a given time, as well as limiting customer access within the store.
PLEASE feel free to call in your orders ahead of time and we'll have them available for pickup at the warehouse doors. We also offer a great 'Pickup In-Store' option that you can choose when checking out on our website. If you are feeling the least bit sick, please stay home and order online at indoorgardens.com and we'll ship directly to your door! Through these measures and additional sanitizing and safety precautions taken by us all, we are dedicated to providing a safe environment where we can continue to service the industry that we all love and need in a time like this!
