Shipping Policy

Shipping:
Indoor Gardens orders are shipped standard ground delivery primarily via UPS Ground. Customers may also choose expedited delivery. Some products require (pallet) LTL Truck delivery because of their carton size and/or weight and we will provide very competitive freight quotes to all of the continental USA when requested.

When selecting Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day shipping options please be advised that these options are promised from the time of shipping not from the time the order was submitted. Please note that Indoor Gardens ships Monday through Friday; our shipping facilities are closed during the weekend. Orders received late Friday afternoon will normally ship on Monday, although we will try to ship same day if at all possible. UPS delivers residential packages Monday through Friday. Commercial addresses are delivered Monday through Friday.

Freight charges are based on the total order weight, carton sizes (*see oversize carton information below) and the customer’s location. No handling fees are imposed. Indoor Gardens ships to both residential and commercial locations.

For products that require an LTL shipment, a freight quote, if applicable, will be provided for your approval prior to shipment. Customer service will follow up with you to confirm freight costs and to provide LTL delivery information from our warehouse and/or a supplier’s warehouse. Deliveries to a residential location will include a freight carrier up charge and a lift gate charge if applicable.

If an item is out of stock in our warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible with expected delivery information. We will give you the choice of waiting until the out of stock item becomes available to ship, removing an item from your order, or having your order shipped in two separate shipments without additional freight charges. We will also offer a substitute item if available. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order on a timely basis.

If the shipping seems wrong when placing an order feel free to call us at 234-678-5820 and we can provide the most accurate shipping quote possible. 

Damaged Shipments:
If any item in your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately at 234-678-5820 or email us at web@indoorgardens.com. Customer Service will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement. Pictures and carrier inspection may be required.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our warehouse for any reason within 14 days of purchase contact us for a return materials authorization; returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. Once a return authorization is issued then you may return the product, freight prepaid, unused, in resalable condition, and in the original carton. Indoor Gardens will exchange the product without a restocking charge or refund the product purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. Special order or direct drop ship from the manufacturer items are not returnable unless they are defective or the manufacturer approves the return; a restocking fee to be determined by the manufacturer would apply. Freight charges are not refundable on returns. The company reserves the right to inspect the product to determine if it's damaged or not re-sellable and to issue credit conditionally. This would include damaged or torn packaging. All defective products are subject to the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

How do I handle returns and/or defective products?
Please Email Customer Service and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Include your order or invoice number on all return requests. Customer Service will email you instructions for returning product or processing defective products. This will ensure proper and efficient handling of your return.

Please note: Any return that does not have an RMA will not be accepted.

UPS

For domestic shipments, a package is considered a “Large Package” when its length (longest side of the package) plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches or its length exceeds 96 inches.


For international shipments, a package is considered a “Large Package” when its length (longest side of the package) plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches.


With the exception of UPS Ground with Freight Pricing packages, Large Packages are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds (40 kgs).


An Additional Handling charge will not be assessed when a Large Package Surcharge is applied.
